Yes. I try to restock the pantry with everyday items (i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.) on a regular basis. Also, previous guests leave non-perishables and you are free to use whatever you like.

Yes, pets are allowed, assuming you have paid the per-pet fee, which is $100 per-pet. A maximum of 4 pets are allowed. No more than two dogs and two cats. Dogs larger than 20 pounds are not allowed.

Yes and No. Any event or party would need to be cleared in writing with the owner. Waiver and legal liability forms would need to be executed as well as additional fees that may be added. Contact the owner directly to coordinate.
